Absorbency Guide

Choosing the right absorbency level is the most important step. Match your protection to your actual needs.

LIGHT Best for minor leaks and light drips. Common situations: sneezing, laughing, light physical activity. Products: liners, light pads.

MODERATE Best for regular leakage throughout the day. Common situations: urge incontinence, post-surgery recovery. Products: pull-up underwear, moderate briefs.

HEAVY Best for frequent or large leaks. Common situations: limited mobility, bowel incontinence. Products: tab-style briefs, premium underwear.

OVERNIGHT Best for extended wear 8–12 hours. Common situations: sleeping, long trips, reduced nighttime mobility. Products: overnight briefs, underpads, bed pads.

How to Choose the Right Level

  • If leaking only during physical activity, start with Light
  • Sudden urges with moderate leakage? Choose Moderate
  • Frequent unpredictable leaks? Go Heavy for peace of mind
  • For nighttime or extended wear, go one level higher than daytime
  • When in doubt, size up — you can always adjust

Important: Absorbency and fit work together. The best absorbency level won't perform well in the wrong size. Always check sizing before ordering.
