Q1: How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website at www.comfortliftwellness.com, browse your desired products, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure payments through Shopify Payments.
Your information is encrypted and processed safely — ComfortLift Wellness does not store your full card details.
Q3: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us at info@comfortliftwellness.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days after processing.
International orders typically take 7–15 business days, depending on customs and location.
Q5: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. You can select Expedited (1–2 business days) at checkout if available for your items.
Q6: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.
You can also log in to your ComfortLift Wellness account to view order status.
Q7: What if my package is late, missing, or damaged?
Please email info@comfortliftwellness.com within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and our support team will assist in locating, replacing, or refunding your order.
📦 Returns & Refunds
Q8: Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns for unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Q9: What if my item is defective or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@comfortliftwellness.com with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.
We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund upon supplier verification.
Q10: Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Q11: How do subscriptions work?
Our ComfortLift Wellness Subscription Program allows you to receive your favorite products on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly).
You’ll save time — and never run out of essentials.
Q12: Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes! You can adjust your delivery schedule or cancel anytime by emailing info@comfortliftwellness.com before your next billing date.
Cancellations after processing will apply to your next cycle.

Q13: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by Shopify’s SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
ComfortLift Wellness does not store or share your sensitive payment data.
Q14: Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state or local laws.
