ComfortLift Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At ComfortLift Wellness, your safety and satisfaction come first. We specialize in high-quality, FDA-registered incontinence and wellness products — including adult briefs, underpads, and cleansing washcloths — and follow strict hygiene and supplier compliance standards.
This policy applies to United States orders only and outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with New York consumer law and supplier requirements.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Safety)
Due to health and safety regulations, products that have been opened, used,
or have broken seals cannot be returned or refunded.
This policy does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged,
defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a replacement
or refund at no additional cost.
2. Returns for Unopened Products (30 Days)
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items remain in their original, factory-sealed packaging
- Packaging is untampered, undamaged, and resalable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for unopened, non-defective items.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To process the request, we require:
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
Photos help us work directly with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue quickly.
- No return is required unless specifically requested
- All shipping costs are covered for verified defective or damaged items

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Subscription Orders
Returns for recurring subscription orders follow the same rules:
- 7-day unopened return window
- 30-day defective return window (with photo submitted within 3 days of delivery)
